For porthole gasket, we mean all those profiles with load-bearing capacity, able to be positioned between glass and sheet metal.
They can be essentially of three types:
- self-sealing “H”, with a flap of the seal itself to be positioned in its seat after installation
- “H” with seal, to be positioned in its dedicated seat after installation
- “Z” without seal
- “U” seals see “U” seals section
