GIMATECH has been providing adhesive coating services for over 10 years on extruded rubber profiles as subcontract work for GASKET MANUFACTURERS and COMMERCIAL COMPANIES wishing to take advantage of the great opportunities offered by the ever-growing market for self-adhesive gaskets.
The new adhesive coating method, GEAR System-SIL, now finally makes it possible to extend these processes to the world of SILICONE. We apply adhesives to gaskets with complex cross-sections, using a wide range of double-sided adhesives (3M – NITTO – TESA – AVERY DENNISON – ATP, or alternatively adhesives requested or supplied by the customer).Prototypes, Samples, and Custom Production
We package profiles in rolls, coils, spirals on shelves, or, upon request, cut to size.

- Consulting / theoretical feasibility analysis / quotation preparation
- Testing and/or sampling to evaluate adhesive quality and verify compliance with required and expected parameters
- Possible transport management for tests / samples / production (logistics)
- Option to package products in rolls, coils, spiral on shelves, or cut to size (with optional packaging supply)
- Gaskets intended for adhesive coating must be carefully packaged; folds and deformations of the profiles affect adhesive alignment and coating quality.
- Gaskets to be adhesive-coated must be clean and free from dust, release agents, or silicone oils.
