We adhesive gaskets with complex section shapes with a wide range of double sided adhesives (3M – NITTO – TESA – AVERY DENNISON – ATP or any adhesives requested or supplied by the customer)
We work on prototypes / samples, small production batches from 100 to 1000 meters, or several thousand, or tens of thousands meters
We carry out the packaging of the rubber profiles in roll, coil, spiral on cardboard shelves, or, if requested, with tailormade cut

Project management and manufacturing phases:
– reception of the price demand by the customer

– eventual transport management for tests/sampling/production (logistics)
– possibility of packaging the product in roll, coil, spiral on cardboard shelf, or tailormade cut (possibility also to provide for packaging materials)
Note:
-the gaskets, produced to be coupled with double sided adhesive, must be carefully packaged, folds and deformations of the profiles affect the alignments of the adhesives and the quality of adhesion and must be avoided
-the gaskets to be coupled must be clean, free of powders, releasing agents, silicone oils
